Joe Jefferson Players depend on you for support! Without volunteers who love and support the theater, JJP productions would not be possible. We welcome and invite new volunteers to all areas of JJP—on stage and off—to help bring quality entertainment to our community.

TreasurerAnn Sands The Treasurer for the Board of Directors oversees the management and reporting of the organization’s finances.
SecretaryJoanne Maceluch Responsible for recording minutes at Board of Directors and Executive Board meetings. Often ensures correspondence with donors, sponsors, advertisers and others that lend support to JJP.
Box OfficeTeri WilliamsonBox Office volunteers needed. Daytime shifts 10-12p or 1-2p during the two weeks of a show run and performance evenings 7-8p. Training provided: free show tickets! Volunteers can also assist with subscription mailings.
Backstage & ProductionCathy Bouler Assist backstage during performances, prop master, learn to run stage lights, sew & repair costumes, set construction, Stage Manage
Marketing & Public RelationsBrian Jackson Poster distribution, program ad sales, compile content for programs, press releases, news articles, assist in coordination with printers and media sources
Fundraising, Advertising & DevelopmentMarketing CommitteeSeek and secure sponsors, donors, and advertisers plus other functions of the fundraising sub-committee of the marketing committee
Facilities & GroundsBecky HeathAssist with lawn care and landscaping, clean driveways and sidewalks, brainstorm ideas for improving grounds, organize specialty areas (props, costumes, closets, kitchen, lobby), paint
HospitalityLisa Costa House manage, usher, take tickets, operate elevator, decorate lobby, serve refreshments, serve drinks, set-up lobby for opening parties, clean-up
Reader's Theater Collect money at ticket table, provide and set-up lobby refreshments, clean lobby, participate as a reader/actor, brainstorm performance ideas
PlayreadingDay PeakeServe on play reading committee (brainstorm, read, evaluate, and discuss plays), visit and attend area theater productions
